whose festival is March 15 ?consumers or merchants?

   World Consumers Rights Day is just around the corner. Firstly ,BBM traffic lights will raise a question to the dear reader: Do you know How many World Consumers Rights Day we have celebrated ?
  
         It is for 34 years that consumers have been on the way to the rights protection since the first World Consumers Rights Day in March 15, 1983.Therefore, 2016 is the thirty-fourth World Consumers Rights Day .You got it?

        As a result, many businesses do improved their sales by promotion in 3.15 .
  
         Nevertheless,according to survey data of past years,There will be a sharp increases in rates of complaints and cases of damaging rights and interests of consumers followed by 3.15.
  
         Isn't worth merchants to reflect on a question how to treats consumer rights in World Consumers Rights Day? Shouldn’t merchants guarantee the service and quality of products in a profitable way?
  
        There is nothing wrong for merchants to take advantage of World Consumers Rights Day for promotion. But whether merchants could maintain a balance between quality and profit is the real problem.
  
        It will violate original intention and theme of World Consumers Rights Day if the merchants only consider self-promotion but not considering earnestly protecting consumers' rights and interests and purifying the consumer market with honest commitment.
