New year, New opportunities

　　  BBM traffic signal lamps have officially started up yesterday after Chinese Spring Festival.
　　
    The Manufacturing Department of LED traffic lamps is operating at close to capacity. The factories are humming to catch up on backlog of orders in holiday and production is intensely but orderly carried on. There is a good news that The demand of led traffic lights is steady and going up.Business of BBM in the beginning of new year seems to be extraordinarily prosperous which is a good omen.
　　

   At the opening ceremony of BBM,Joolbin duan, the manager of BBM ,announced the strategic plan of the company development in 2016. He said,” 20% of all profits will be put in to increases investment in enterprise technology ,and increase intelligence of the production lines,as well as expand the production scale.
　　
   2016 will be a year with rapid development for the company,in which BBM traffic signal lights will be constantly changing and renewing itself.
　　
   In general, BBM will strengthen post management and optimize the incentive mechanism of payment by setting up and perfecting performance appraisal system, aiming at improving the pay levels of employee.The implementation of reform measures will provide a solid stable foundation for the development of company. Meanwhile BBM will pay close attention to safety management to guarantee safety production of led traffic lights.One measure is setting up safety management team deal with the fulfillment of safety management .
　　

    A deep level change in organizational structure is the fundamental path  to improve the traffic lights quality and increase efficiency .Secondly, we should further improve the systems to meet the demand of work.
　　
   To be more specific, in 2016 BBM will set up a evaluation system which can be assessed from aspects such as output, quality,safety, management for manager .
　　
   The new evaluation system is a scientific investigation mechanism which allow quality management, production management,and engineering management to judge cadres’s suitability for promotion from all aspects,which better prevent the cadre investigated from being distorted and unfounded and also will really reflect competences and performances of manager .BBM is determined to achieve institutionalized management by constructing a fair and reasonable performance assessment .
　　

   BBM will implement the production management-oriented production. We will establish a strong production management team armed with advanced management concepts.Production department should produce in order according to plan made by production manager , ensuring product quality and delivery and putting an end to the chaotic production line. In addition, a complete production management should includes enough data to do capacity analysis and identify the main bottlenecks in order to ensure operation planning carried out smoothly.
　　

   Salesman should strengthen communication with customers and confirm quality requirements .Meanwhile salesman shall timely make a written report to make the requirements of traffic signal lamps clear to production people .Regularly communicate with customer.BBM led traffic lights demand each salesman check and follow up production processes and keep the guest informed of the progress appropriately.
