Let traffic lights dance

   There appeares a special group uniformly in green vest and hat helping the traffic policeman maintain the

 traffic safety in Luohu District of Shenzhen in July. Never regard them as Comrade Lei Feng taking initiative to do good. They are just paying the price for their running the red light. This new measure is meant to stem the the tendency of large crowds of people to cross roads in disobedience of red lights。Chinese regulatory authorities try their best to punish "Chinese style of crossing the road visibly which had been ridiculed by netizens yet:" a handful of people accrossed the road ignoring traffic lights "。

     However, many citizens have resistant mood to the measures of punishment with  a green hat ,and they 

questioned strongly  the  rationality and comprehensiveness of the management measures which were issued by transport sector , because in Chinese culture,the symbol of wearing a green hat for men is a kind of great insult .Perhaps punishment is not the best way to solve problems at any time.The thinking way of put oneself in one‘s shoes always that makes you be closer to the truth,  and see a different world from a new perspective.

    When a phenomenon  is common increasingly, ”all existence has its reason “told us that behind this 

phenomenon ,there must be a more powerful logic that can be explained .In mordern soceity,with the rapid development of the economy, people's living standards have been improving,and the  population of the urban has also been growing unprecedentedly. At the same time with the gradually accelerated pace of life, people pay more attention to time,they begin to race against time,but they were indifferent with transportation concept, so the phenomenon of running a red light is more common in urban areas.

    A German companies BBDO joint Smart companies have develop a very interesting concept named “dancing traffic lights”Making the former rigid little  red Man of pedestrian traffic light  alive by hot dance.How could the traffic light dance? The Secret lies in dynamic capture instrument in a room not far from the traffic lights . Everyone is allowed to enter the room and shows off their charming dance in front of the dynamic capture instrument, after which the Red man in traffic light will reflect the dancers’ movement in real time.Dancers can also through the camera to observe the reaction of his "audience"-pedestrians waiting at the traffic light. How'd it go As a 

consequence ,eighty-one percent of the people are will to stay at the red light to appreciate the dance.

         Transport for London have developped  a Intelligent Transportation  System named Pedestrian Split Cycle 

Offset Optimisation Technique(SCOOT) as part of the  Decade of Program to improve roads.SCOOT aims at further increasing the Pedestrians’ efficiency of crossing the road without affecting vehicle flow on the road .SCOOT use camera to capture and calculate the number of pedestrians on the sidewalk.If there are larger numbers of pedestrians ,the system will change the duration of the green light, so that more people can cross the road safely.In addition that if nobody want to cross the street, or someone press the request button, but then walk away, the system will switch to the "call canceled" status without activating the pedestrian traffic lights.It is reported that when the lights turned red, the little green men will be replaced by a red couple, hand in hand waiting to cross the street.

In Munich

     Munich officials explained that the new traffic lights can better attract the attention of drivers and pedestrians, so as to improve the traffic situation,and meanwhile the image of same-sex couples in traffic light  can  reflect open and inclusive of the Urban culture to homosexuality .As one of European countries with higher acceptance of homosexuality ,Munich “showing  loving “through traffic lights which play an  important role in traffic control  and  management 。
